浙江省国有林场森林资源与经营绩效的关联分析
Correlation analysis between Forest resources and managements performance in state-owned forest farms in Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
Correlation between the state-owned forest resources and management performance was studied using canonical correlation analysis. Results show that in the state owned forest farm with poor resource, endowment at present are generally increased into cultivating resources, however development of under-forest economy and developing forest tourism as well as other non-wood product forests, is better in earning assets with debt management. There are no strong average between annual income of the state-owned forest farm workers and state-owned forest resources, which is same case with talent structure and state-owned forest resources. The annual income of farm workers may benefit broadly from financial funds of government, which is the most favorable policies for them. The study will further promote the state-owned forest reform in enriching the forest public benefits and realizing sustainable management as well as improving forest resources management performance.关键词
