Abstract
Objective To explore the glucolipid metabolic abnormalities on the clinical and prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods In our hospital in March 2011 to January 2014, 60 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis were retrospectively an-alyzed, the liver cirrhosis sugar abnormal lipid metabolism as observation group, normal liver cirrhosis glucolipid metabolism as the control group, observe the glucolipid metabolic changes of the impact of clinical and prognosis in patients with liver cirrhosis.Re-sults Child-Pugh, experimental group B, the Child-Pugh C 12 cases, 11 cases respectively, higher than the control group of 6 cases, 4 cases, significant difference; Child - Pugh, A group of 5 cases, 20 cases lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); Control group patients with complications of total 53.33%, less than 83.33% of the experimental group, the comparison between groups, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Cirrhosis of the liver will cause sugar metabolic abnormalities, and glucolipid metabolism can to some extent reflects the liver cell damage, and the prognosis is closely related with them.关键词
