Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly pa-tients with semi hip replacement. Methods 40 patients of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with semi hip re-placement were the observation group, 40 another patients with DHS internal fixation were the control group. The two groups were compared with the operation conditions, recovery, complications and prognosis.Results The bed time, length of hospital stay, weight bearing time after operation were shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative complications in the ob-servation group were less than those in the control group, and the mortality was lower than that in the control group at 12 months after operation, the recovery of hip function was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Semi hip replacement is suitable for the treatment of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fractures patients, with the characteristics of early bearing, less complications and satisfactory function recovery.关键词
