摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on negative emotions in urinary surgery male pa-tients. Methods Totally 132 negative emotions patients were randomLy divided into two groups,and 66cases in each group. Con-trol group using conventional nursing,the intervention group was given the cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of conven-tional nursing.The patients were assessed using Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD) at baseline and 2 weeks after treat-ment. Results The HAD score in the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group at 2 weeks after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy can reduce anxiety and depression.关键词
