中西医结合治疗对复治肺结核肺部CT征象影响的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective Observations of the influence of therapy of combing traditional Chinese and Western medicine on re-treatment of tuberculosis lung computed tomography signs. Methods The 58 retreatment of tuberculosis patients were randomLy di-vided into treatment group 29 and control group 29.To observe the changes of CT lung lesions in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 8 months treatment, observation group total effective rate was 93.1%, that was significantly better than the 77.8%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In comparing of the changes of the two groups CT lung cavity, the treatment group total effective rate was 90.1%, that was significantly better than the 78.3% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is good enhancement in therapy of combing traditional Chi-nese and Western medicine on retreatment of tuberculosis focus absorption and cavity closure. And the therapy is safe and effective , worthy of clinical application.关键词
