Abstract
Objective Analysis for the first time the psychological state of platelet donors, and explore the continuation of the effect of nursing intervention. Methods Choose from November 2014 to July 2014 for the first time I stand during solid platelet 120 blood donors as the research object, were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 60 cases, control group routine nursing, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing care plus with nursing measures. Compare two groups of blood donor nursing before and after psychological state.Results Two groups of patients within the group, the psychological state of nursing after blood donors was superior to that of before treatment, significant difference, statistically significant(P<0.05);Nursing before psychological state score of two groups of blood donors, no significant difference(P>0.05), not statistically significant; Comparison between two groups blood group after nursing, observation group is obviously better than the psychological state of blood donors in the control group blood donors, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The first solid platelet donors continue nursing intervention measures can effectively improve the psychological state of blood donors , increase the enthusiasm of the donors, can be applied in the blood donation work.关键词
