Abstract
The ballistic missiles are powerful attacking weapon . Many countries develop ballistic missiles defense (BMD) system rapidly .This paper introduces the development of the BMD system .By analyzing the composition of the US BMD system ,it proves that sea‐based midcourse defense system play an important role in the midcourse defense .Then the development of the BMD system is analyzed ,and some new ideas of the ballistic missile defense system combined with the ac‐tual situations of our navy are put forcoard .关键词
