Abstract
In modern industrial automation field ,terminal as an electrical connection accessories ,with the increase of industrial automation and the importance of industrial control requirements ,terminal position and the detection level of effi-ciency will greatly affect the corporate’s effectiveness .With the development of the market economy ,detecting with the na-ked eye will not only increase enterprise labor costs ,but also be affected by personal responsibility ,experience and other as-pects ,thus can not guarantee 100% detection rate .To design a fusereal-time visual inspection system ,HALCON is used as software platform ,for surface detection of terminal .This method has quick speed and high accuracy and can be widely used in industrial field .关键词
