Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial dermis combined with skin graft in the repair of tendon and bone exposed wounds of the hand and foot. Methods Fourteen cases of hand foot skin defect with tendon and bone exposed were treated with debridement and artificial dermis, and 3 weeks later, the wound was repaired by medium thickness skin graft. Results Except marginal necrosis in 1 case, local dressing healed, 13 cases of skin graft survived. All the patients were followed up for 6~24 months. Wounds healed with satisfactory appearance, no local obvious pain and hypertrophic scar was found, transplant skin was soft, and elastic. Pigmentation was not obvi-ous. Conclusions The two stage of artificial dermis with skin grafting for repair of hand and foot tendon and bone exposed wound is a simple and effective method.关键词
