手术治疗老年旋后外旋型Ⅳ度踝关节骨折
Surgical treatment of Ⅳ degree supination-extorsion ankle fractures in elderly patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgery technique and curative effect of Ⅳ degree supination-extorsion an-kle fractures in elderly patients. Methods Thirty-eight cases of Ⅳ degree supination-extorsion ankle fractures in elderly patients were treated by surgery, fixing method was selected according to the size and shape of the fracture block via the posterior lateral and medial incision approach. Results Three cases were lost to follow-up,35 cases were followed up for 8~36 months. All fractures healed well, no internal fixation loosening and fracture occurred. In the last follow-up, the ankle hindfoot score was (87. 6 ± 11. 2) points,the result was excellent in 14 cases, good in 20, fair in 1. The degrees of dorsiflexion ranged from 8° to 18° , degrees of plantar flexion ranged from 28° to 47°. Conclusions For the treatment ofⅣdegree supination-extorsion ankle fractures in elderly patients,in order to grea-test extent improve curative effect and reduce complications,should select reasonable fixing method and incision ap-proach according to the shape and shift direction of the fracture block.关键词
