摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive internal fixation of closed displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures with Y-shape anatomical plate via “八”shape incision. Methods Forty-six cases with displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated with Y-shape anatomical plate via “八”shape incision. Results All patients were successfully followed up for 12~30 months. All fractures got union. There were no incision deep infec-tion, skin necrosis and osteomyelitis et al serious complications. According to the AOFAS score, the results were ex-cellent in 30 feet, good in 14,fair in 3 and poor in 2,the total excellent and good rate was 89. 8%. Conclusions Y-shape anatomical plate via“八”shape incision is a reliable and effective method for treatment of displaced intra-artic-ular calcaneal fractures,which allows direct reduction the surface of subtalar joint and early function.关键词
