前外侧入路MIPO技术治疗老年肱骨近端 OTA ⅡB型骨折
The treatment of proximal humeral OTA type ⅡB fractures in the elderly patients with MI-PO technique via anterolateral approach

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of proximal humeral OTA typeⅡB fractures in the elderly patients with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach. Methods Twenty-six cases of proximal hu-meral OTA type ⅡB fractures in elderly patients were treated with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach. Re-sults All 26 cases were followed up for 12 ~24 months. According to Neer shoulder score and HSS elbow score standard assessment, the results was 23 cases as excellent, 2 good and 1 poor. Conclusions The treatment of proxi-mal humeral OTA typeⅡB fractures in the elderly with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach is reliable. It en-sures minor trauma, high fracture healing rate, good functional recovery and few complications. And it′s a safe and effective method.关键词
