Abstract
Objective To investigate the visual quality changes in high myopia patients after ICL implantation. Methods Fifty-five high myopia patients ( n =110 eyes) underwent ICL implantation in our hospital.Changes in UC-VA, BCVA, anterior segment parameters, scotopic and photopic spatial frequency contrast sensitivity after surgery were ex-amined.Results UCVA and BCVA increased significantly ( P <0.05) after surgery.The safety index of the surgery was 1.57 ±0.49 and the effective index was 1.37 ±0.51.ACD and ICA decreased significantly ( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in K and CCT.The scotopic contrast sensitivity at 3, 6, and 12 c/d of spatial frequency ( SF) im-proved significantly ( P <0.05), as well photopic contrast sensitivity at a larger range of SF (1.5~18 c/d).Conclusion ICL implantation in high myopia is able to significantly improve the visual quality of patients.关键词
