Abstract
Objective To investigate the etiology and clinical features of keratoconus, and correlation analysis. Methods A questionnaire survey of patients with keratoconus China 2012 members of keratoconus love self-help associa-tion was founded, were retrospectively analyzed to collect relevant medical records and personal information;receiving feed-back information in 92 cases, male 72 cases, female 20 cases.To understand the age, gender, region, eye, etiology, pos-sibility degree of progression, at present stage of disease, corneal topography characteristics, family history, disease stage, treatment and other conditions have been taken.Results The clinical manifestations of the patients were followed by the onset of the acute cone, which was followed by the correction of myopia and astigmatism.The average age was 18.6 years old, and 10.87%(10/92 cases) was 10~15 years old.15 people clearly provide the time of the eye can not be applied to the framework of the apparent decline in the 3~6 month.47 patients with monocular cone, 2.1%(2/92) were formed in corneal perforation.3 cases of secondary conical cornea after LASIK operation.Topographic map examination indicated that the corneal cone was distributed in all regions, which had typical patterns.In patients with both eyes, the onset of the disease was different in the morning and evening.Allergic disease patients, 7 patients, 1 case with allergic conjunctivitis, allergic asthma, 1 patients with rhinitis, chronic laryngitis;2 cases of patients with hypertension, which 1 cases with kera-toconus disease with the time of onset and diagnosis;1 cases of hepatitis ( small 3 this world);1 cases of patients with sys-temic multiple lipoma;1 cases of gout patients;1 case had pterygium.No patients were found to have a family history of the cone.Conclusion Wearing RGP is still an effective treatment method for the treatment of cone, and the incidence of the cone is closely related to the bad habit or allergic factors.关键词
