Abstract
The journal of local new-established university should look for a way suitable for its survival and development on the road of transformation development. Basing on the local place, holding the tradition, closely following the pace, serving for the transformation, starting the excellent and running the special and promoting the connotation quality are the strategic ways for transformation development of journal of local new-established university.关键词
