碳纤维增强复合材料叶轮风机的振动试验研究
Vibration Experimental Study of a Fan with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite Impeller
摘要
Abstract
Vibration noise reduction has been a key point in the research of the fan.Carbon fiber reinforced composite material with excellent damping performance,has an important effect in the structure vibration reduction design.Laminated structure of car-bon fiber reinforced composites was adopted to design an impeller,and then vibration tests for the same type fan which changed the impeller with different materials,had been carried out.The results show that compared with the aluminum alloy impeller fan, the vibration acceleration in full frequency of the carbon fiber material impeller fan was reduced evidently.关键词
