非全周矩形开口滑阀小开口度时流量及液动力特性研究
Research on the Characteristics of the Flow Rate and Flow Force Through a Small Opening at the Spool Valve with Non-full Perimeter Rectangular Shaped Opening

Abstract
Electronic-hydraulic servo valve is a key component of hydraulic control system,and the characteristic of the control system is determined by the performance of the servo valve.The dynamic mesh of Fluent,software of CFD,is employed to calculate the flow of the opening of spool valve of the servo valve in the steady state and dynamic state in the range of 0.5mm opening in or-der to get the flow characteristic and flow force.The results show that the theoretical curve and simulation curve of flow character-istic of spool valve are almost the same.The theoretical curve and simulation curve of steady-state flow force of spool valve have no difference in the shape.With the condition of the continuous increase of opening of spool valve at a given speed in the simulation, the transient-state flow force increases greatly at the moment when the valve just open and it has a little change at the left time. The transient-state flow force is much smaller than steady-state flow force.关键词
