摘要

Abstract

With 150 ×100 LN-32 type screw centrifugal pump for the model,using the Multi-Fluid VOF mode and RNG k -εturbulence mode for the three-dimensional numeric simulation of solid-liquid two-phase flow in screw centrifugal pump.Comparing different particle size and concentration of solid-liquid two-phase flow field,analyzing the movement of solid particles in the screw centrifugal pump with a major diameter.Based on the volume-fraction of solid phase,pressure and velocity,the motion characteris-tics of large particles and liquid two phase flow in the screw centrifugal pump were obtained.Taking this as reference,the erosion of the screw centrifugal pump is analyzed.
