Abstract
A cyclone separator with vortex core broken wings can maintain relatively high efficiency and reduce the energy con-sumption.It is significant to study the various parameters of vortex core broken wings in it for revealing the mechanism of the new device.In the paper,the effect of so -called vortex core broken wing parameters on cyclone separator performance has been stud-ied by using CFD method combined RSMand DPM.It is shown that the collection efficiency and pressure drop of the cyclone sep-arator go up slowly with the enhancement of distances between wings.At the same time,both of them decrease slowly as the num-ber of wings in each unit increases.关键词
