多孔端面机械密封在催化剂泵轴端密封中的应用
Application of Multi-dimpled Face Mechanical Seals in Catalyst Pumps
摘要
Abstract
A catalyst microsphere device is one of the important devices in catalyst process.In which the process pumps operat-ing under harsh conditions,not only the process medium are of high solid content and strong corrosion,but the pumps are subjec-ted to frequent starts and stops as well as evacuation phenomenon.Therefore seal failure rates are high for mechanical seals typed JF103 used for the pumps axial sealing.The seals use cycle is short and work only three to five days.In order to solve the above problems,a new type of laser surface textured mechanical seals has been developed and applied in the field.Results show that the new type seal operates better than the older one,and its use period extends to more than three months expected and near to half a year.The successful application of laser surface textured mechanical seal in catalyst process unit has met the needs of such petro-chemical companies.关键词
