基于效率评价的国有林区经济转型发展动力分析∗
Analysis on the Economic Transformation s Dynamics Based on the Efficiency Rating of State-Owned Forest Area
摘要
Abstract
By using the panel data of 40 forestry enterprises from 2008 to 2014, which include the in-vestment, the workers and the total output value of the enterprises, it made the DEA model to get the forestry production input-output efficiency. Based on the calculation and evaluation of the model re-sults, it could explore the dynamics of economic transformation and development of state-owned forest area. The results showed that: 2008~2014 in Heilongjiang state owned forest region overall forestry production in a relatively inactive state; scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency change is nega-tive effect of forest production and economic transformation of the main factors to improve the efficien-cy; the two phase of the natural forest protection policy has played a positive role in improving forest production efficiency. By the conclusion of enlightenment, the focus on improving the scale of produc-tion efficiency, improve the application efficiency and improve the relative economic efficiency of for-estry enterprises in three aspects, under the background of economic reform development of the dy-namics system.关键词
