影响农户林地流转的非价格因素：理论与实证∗
Non-Price Factors on Farmers Forest Land Circulation:Theoretical and Empirical Research
摘要
Abstract
The research is Based on Qingyuan country of Fushun city field investigation data. Build a farmer forest land circulation theoretical framework; then explore the relationship between the different kinds of non-price affecting factors with the specific direct elicitation methodology. The result shows that the non-price factors pay an important role in the forest land circulation; the number of family members, per capita income, the proportion of non-farm employment, forest area and forest land all affect the probability of occurrence of forest land. In forest land inflows, the higher per capita income and the more number of family members are, the less farmer was affected by non-price factors; The larger the proportion of non-farm employment, forest land, gift expenditurea are, and harder the farmers get cutting indicators, the more farmer was affected by non-price factors. Easing the inhibition of non-price factors to forest land circulation is the key to the promotion of Forest Land circulation. The suggestions to promote forest land circulation based on the research are to regulate the market of Forest land circulation, change circulation behavior based on the identity and social relationship, train farm-ers non-agricultural employment skills and make product innovation.关键词
