摘要
Abstract
The article studies the change of farmers’ income after Inner Mongolia reforming of collec-tive Forest Rights System of farmers. Through field survey analyzes the main factors which influence the change of farmers’ income, directly and extensively by using Probit model empirically research, it found the number of woodland blocks, farmers the net income per capita, whether having certification ownership forest rights or not, whether having planting and raising under the forest or not, whether having wood filling or not have a more significant impact on the effect of the change of farmers’ income after reforming of Collective Forest Rights System by the regression results of the Probit model. On this basis the text puts forward some suggestions which are full implement of issuing certification ownership forest rights, full implement of supporting the implementation of the reform of forestry tenure reform, encourage farmers to develop Under-Forest economy actively, intensify the latest forestry policy propa-ganda, strengthen the infrastructure construction of forestry.关键词
