福建省农户分化对林地流转行为的影响研究∗
Impact of Rural-Household Differentiation on Household Forest Land Circulation Behavior in Fujian
摘要
Abstract
This article uses the sampling data of 10 counties ( cities) 274 household forest worker’s in Fujian province after the collective ownership of forest Reform, the use of binary Logistic regression models were established farmers into forest model roll-out model, empirical rural household differentia-tion of forest land circulation behavior influences. The study will be divided into rural-household differ-entiation on the income level of farmers and farmers occupational. Studies have shown that: rural-household differentiation significant impact forest land circulation behavior, household income levels have a significant negative effect on the inflow behavior of the present household, but also negative effect on the outflow behavior of the present household; Farmers’ professional differentiation farmers significant negative impact on the inflow behavior of the present household, but then a significant neg-ative effect on the inflow behavior of the present household. Based on the research of urban and rural development, the paper puts forward suggestions to promote the circulation of forest land, the estab-lishment of forest land circulation market, the establishment and improvement of forest land circulation security system, the improvement of the management system of forest land property rights and the rea-sonable guidance of forest land leasing.关键词
