林业补贴对农户林权抵押贷款意愿的影响研究∗--基于浙江省建德和开化的农户调查
A Study on the Factors Influencing Farmers Willingness of Forest Tenure Mortgage towards Forest Subsidies---Based on the survey in Jiande and Kaihua counties of Zhejiang province

Abstract
Based on a unique survey covering all the 156 households in 8 villages of Jiande and Kaihua, two key counties in forest areas in Zhejiang province, this paper uses descriptive statistical method to analyze farmers’ willingness of forest tenure mortgage. It also analyses the factors influencing farmers’ willingness of forest tenure mortgage towards forest subsidies. The results show that in the 10%level of statistical, forest subsidies have significant impact on farmers’ willingness of forest tenure mort-gage. Accordingly, it is proposed to strengthen the propaganda of education, improve cognitive level, intensify construction of the measures, perfect service system, solve the problems of farmers, elabo-rate the loan demand, coordinate the relative policies and expand the financial tools of farmers.关键词
