Cu对溶胶-凝胶法制备 Cu2 ZnSnS4薄膜性能的影响
Effect of Cu on Properties of Cu2 ZnSnS4 Thin Films Prepared by Sol-gel Method

Abstract
Precursors of Cu2 ZnSnS4 thin films were prepared by sol‐gel method using spin‐coating technique and air after pre‐annealing technology onto quarta substrates .The dif‐ferent metal content of Cu/(zn + Sn)=x(0. 5, 0. 8, 0. 5) CZTS thin film samples were prepared .The microstructures and optical properities of the prepared CZTS films were in‐vestigated by X‐ray diffraction and UV‐Vis spectrophotometer .The XRD results reveal that the(112) ,(220) ,(312) peak of CZTS Kesterite structure can be observed in all the CZTS thin film samples and were well‐oriented the (112) peak .The band gap decrease as the doping amount of Cu increase ,meanw hile it′s band gap (1. 42eV) which is closer to the best band gap of CZTS thin film solar cells .关键词
