摘要
Abstract
Objective To futher understand septic pulmonary embolism,improve the treatment level of septic pulmo￣nary embolism and prognosis. Methods Literature review and clinical analysis were made for clinical manifestations,la￣boratory examination and imaging characteristics of one case. Results Septic pulmonary embolism was characterized by fever,cough,dyspnea and hemoptysis;staphylococcus aureus was the main pathogen;imaging manifestations lacked specific￣ity;timely and appropriate antibiotic treatment can improve prognosis. Conclusion Septic pulmonary embolism is a rare but serious illness,lack of specificity.Early precise diagnosis and appropriate antibiotic treatment can improve prognosis.关键词
