摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] A high level of cognitive closure in the intelligence analysis can lead to a variety of cognitive biases, which may result in a situation of dealing with the information material in a hurry and being eager to draw a conclusion by the intelligence analysts. This study will help the intelligence analysts to correct the biases caused by this motivation and improve the quality of intelligence products. [ Method/Process] The study explores the cognitive closure properties, reviews the status quo of the related research, points out that this kind of bias in the criminal investigation intelligence analysis includes confirmation bias, primacy effects bias and heuristic think-ing bias, and then puts forward correction strategy. [ Result/Conclusion] Mastering critical thinking, easing debugging time pressure, tak-ing responsibility for fault and optimizing the team arrangement of investigation intelligence analyst and decision support personnel are found to be effective in weakening and reducing the adverse effects of such biases on intelligence analysis.关键词
