Research on the Symbiotic Benefits and Formation during Police Intelligence Sharing

Abstract
Purpose/Significance] This paper explores the current problems of the cooperation and benefits formed among our police in-telligence subjects, discusses the formation of symbiotic benefits during the police intelligence sharing, provides a theoretical basis for dis-tributing symbiotic benefits among police intelligence subjects and organizing police intelligence activities. [ Method/Process] Based on symbiosis theory, this paper explores the subjects of police intelligence sharing and the symbiotic benefits relationship between police intel-ligence sharing subjects. On this basis, the paper studies the types of symbiotic benefits, the formation conditions and ways of symbiotic benefits, the formation method of symbiotic benefits. [ Result/Conclusion] The results show that the types of symbiotic benefits of police intelligence sharing include economic benefits, quality benefits and social benefits;the conditions and ways of symbiotic benefits formation among the police intelligence subjects are consensus and win-win via collaborative networking and resource-sharing; and the forming mode of symbiotic benefits among the police intelligence subjects involves the direct benefits forming mode, the benefits of scale forming mode, the benefits of scope forming mode and the agglomeration benefits forming mode.关键词
