企业专利实力指数的构建及与市场价值相关性研究
Study on the Construction of Patent Power Index and Its Market Value Relevance
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Patent quality is crucial to enterprises themselves, investors and other stakeholders, however, the study of correlation analysis of patent quality and enterprise value is insufficient. [ Method/Process] This paper studies the relationship be-tween patent index and Tobinˊs Q value data by selecting the patent index and Tobinˊs Q value data of enterprise value of 100 Chinese GEM listed enterprises and adopting panel Granger causality test, based on which it selects the patent leading index, determines the weight of index by means of analytic hierarchy process, establishes the patent leading index of enterprise, and calculates the general patent leading index of enterprises, and conducts comparative analysis of it and the stock market performance of these enterprises. [ Result/Conclusion] The study results show that: the patent leading index of enterprise is closely related to the enterpriseˊs stock market performance.关键词
