摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of thoracoscope McKeown esophagectomy and traditional thoracoto-my in radical esophageal cancer. Methods 90 cases of esophageal cancer patients divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatments. Experimental group used by thoracoscope McKeown esophagectomy,control group adopts traditional thoracotomy radical esophagectomy. Compare two groups of operation situation of right upper limb function recovery, postoperative pain,postoperative complications. Results The intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,the chest drainage time was significantly less than the control group (P<0. 05). The experimental group right upper limb function recovery and the pain was significantly better than control group(P<0. 05). Experimental group of respiratory complications,the incidence of atrial fibrilla-tion was significantly lower than the control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion Thoracoscope McKeown esophagectomy postoperative complications and the pain was significantly better than open esophageal cancer radical, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
