Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the diagnosis and treatment measures of children rodenticide poisoning with coagulation disorders as the main manifestation and to avoid misdiagnosis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical manifestations, the diagnostic methods, the treatment and the prognosis of 15 cases of children with rodenticide poisoning in He-matology Department of our hospital from September 2010 to October 2015. Results 15 cases with hemorrhage as the main mani-festation of rodenticide poisoning were all diagnosed and cured. Conclusion Children with coagulation disorder as the main per-formance and not clear history should be timely sent blood to do poison concentration test to confirm the diagnosis, and treatment of vitamin K1 is a specific antidote.关键词
