Abstract
Objective To investigate whether the program of graded oral administration of PEG can reduce the adverse re-action of patients with good intestinal cleaning effect. Methods Patients receiving rectoscopebetween June 2015 and December 2015 in our hospital were included. The computer random number generation method was used to divide the patients into gra-ded-dose group(n=104) and single-dose group(n=103). Graded-dose group used divided dose administration of PEG-ES for bowel preparation and single-dose group used single full dose administration of PEG-ES. The endoscopic entering time, Boston bowel preparationscale( BBPS) scores and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The average endoscopic entering time of graded-dose group was(12.1 ±4.6)min and that of single-dose group was(11.9 ±5.3)min,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=0. 29,P=0. 77). Graded-dose group BBPS scores averaged(7. 4 ± 2. 2) min and single-dose group BBPS scores averaged(6. 5 ± 1. 9) min. BBPS scores of graded-dose group were superior to single-dose group, with a statistically significant difference(t=3. 15,P=0. 00). Further Ridit analysis showed that the percentage of excellent and good level of graded-dose group was significantly higher than single-dose group, with a statistically significant difference(u=2. 39, P=0. 02). The main adverse reactions of two groups of patients were nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and sleep disorders. Incidence rates of nausea, vomiting and abdominal distension of graded-dose group were lower than single-dose group, with statistically significant differences( =4. 15,4. 82;P=0. 04,0. 02). Conclusion Graded administration of PEG can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the intestinal cleaning effect. .关键词
