Cloning and Expression Vector Construction of OsBRI1 in Rice
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the reasons for expression difference of BRI1 in rice and Arabidopsis thali-ana,we cloned the OsBRI1 promoter and connected it on the plant expression vector pCambia2300 -GUS. These results laid foundations for further transformation into Arabidopsis or other plants and study on its expres-sion patterns.关键词
