天然草原青干草对农区洼地绵羊血液生化指标和羊肉矿物质、脂肪酸含量的影响
Effects of Natural Grass Hay on Blood Biochemical Indexes,Muscle Mineral and Fatty Acid Contents of Wadi Sheep in Arable Region

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of natural grass hay on blood bio-chemical index,muscle mineral and fatty acid of Wadi sheep in arable region.Twenty -seven 4 -month -old Wadi sheep (20 ±0.50 kg)were randomly divided into 3 groups.The three test groups were fed with natural grass hay,maize silage and peanut vine,maize silage and alfalfa,respectively.The experiment lasted 105 days including preliminary trial period (15 days)and trial period (90 days).The results showed that CHOL content of group Ⅰ was 21.10% significantly lower than that of group Ⅲ (P <0.05);the other blood bio-chemical index among three groups were not significantly different.Ca content of group Ⅰ was 6.37% higher than that of group Ⅱ and 37.92% significantly lower than that of group Ⅲ (P <0.05),but the other mineral contents among the three groups were not significantly different.Heptadecanoic acid of groupⅠ was 1.5 times significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ (P <0.05);linoleic acid of group Ⅰ was 57.14% significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ (P <0.05);the other fatty acids among the three groups were not significantly different.In conclusion,the natural grass hay could reduce the blood biochemical indexes,improve the mus-cle mineral and benign fatty acid contents of Wadi sheep in arable region,and then improve the health func-tion of lamb.关键词
