Isolation and Biological Characterization of Duck Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

This study aims to establish in vitro culture system for the poultry adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs),to study the biological characteristics and the multi-differentiation potential. Enzyme digestion method was applied to separate Beijing duck 18-day-old embryos ADSCs and to draw the growth curve. ADSCs were identified by RT-PCR,immunofluorescence and flow cytometric analysis.
