应用病程日记提高慢性心力衰竭并发便秘病人疗效和生活质量的效果观察
Observation on effect of applied disease course diary on improving curative effect and quality of life for patients with chronic heart failure complicated with constipation

Abstract
Objective:To explore effect analysis of applied disease course diary on improving curative effect and quality of life for patients with chronic heart failure complicated with constipation.Methods:A total of 86 cases of chronic heart failure patients complicated with constipation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group cases adapted health education with routine prevention of constipation.Health edu-cation content of prevention of constipation were designed into the diary form of course of disease in observation group.And to supervise patient to perform and record daily by nurse,two groups of patients were assessed with the symptom of constipation and the curative effect assessment questionnaire and the quality of life assessment scale (PAC QOL)on the day of admission and the fourteenth days respectively.Results:On the fourteenth day in hospital,in terms of constipation symptoms and curative effect evaluation scores,PAC QOL each dimension and total score,there were statistical significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:Ap-plication of disease course diary could promote chronic heart failure patients complicated with constipation to participate in their own health management,reduce the symptoms of constipation,improve the quality of life.关键词
