克罗恩病病人睡眠质量与疾病活动度及负性情绪的相关性分析
Analysis of relationship between sleep quality and disease activity and negative emotion in patients with Crohn’s disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the relationship between sleep quality and disease activity,anxiety and depres-sion in patients with Crohn’s disease (CD).Methods:A total of 108 cases of CD patients from inflammatory bowel disease outpatient clinic and anorectal department hospitalied were investigated by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),Best Crohn’s disease activity index (CDAI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results:Patient’s PSQI total score was 8.40±2.26.The incidence rate of sleep disorder was 67.6%.The total score of CDAI was 158.97±35.76.The total score of HAMA was 7.79± 2.30.And the total score of HAMD was 8.73±2.48.The total score of PSQI and its dimensions were positively correlated with CDAI,HAMA and HAMD total score and most of dimensions(P <0.05).Conclusion:CD pa-tients sleep quality is poor.Clinical should pay attention to its relationship with disease activity,anxiety and de-pression.One should taking pertinent measures to improve the quality of sleep of patients.关键词
