肿瘤病人跌倒防范体系的构建及应用研究
Establishment and application study of the fall prevention system for tumor patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the establishment and application effect of the fall prevention system for tumor patients.Methods:To develop a suitable fall risk assessment scale with high reliability and validity for hospital-ized patients with tumor in our country.This paper aimed to establish a complete tumor inpatients fall preven-tion system from the aspects of organization and management,implementation measures,quality control,etc. and to make a comparative study on the operation effect of the prevention system.Results:After fall prevention system established and implemented,the fall incidence of tumor patients reduced significantly(P<0.05)from 0.47% to 0.19%.The rate of timeliness,dynamic and accuracy on fall risk assessment,fall rate,fall risk repor-ting rate,implement rate of nursing measures increased significantly(P<0.01).Nurses’management ability of fall risk and patients’and their families’acquisition of fall knowledge improved obviously.There were statisti-cal significant differeces between them(P<0.05).Conclusions:To establish a fall prevention system for tumor patients can reduce the fall incidence rate of tumor patients,improve the safety of hospitalized patients and the risk management ability of nurses,so as to improve the quality of nursing.关键词
