2型糖尿病病人跨文化护理健康教育内容的构建
Construction of content for transcultural nursing health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To construct the contents of transcultural nursing health education for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Delphi method was used in this study.Items of transcultural nursing health educa-tion for patients with type 2 diabetes were developed based on two rounds of consultation among 1 5 experts to get the consensus of experts,items to build transcultural nursing health education content items for patents with type 2 diabetic mellitus.Results:The results showed that the entries of the initial construction of the type 2 dia-betes transcultural nursing health education content includes 10 grade one items,43 grade two items and 92 grade three items.The authority coefficient reached 0.91.The judgment coefficient was 0.913.The familiarity coefficient was 0.907.The effective response rate of questionnaires in the two rounds of experts consultation was 100%.Conclusions:The items for health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus constructed un-der the guidance of transcultural nursing theory have good practicability and maneuverability.关键词
