南疆地区护士职业性肌肉骨骼疾患发生的影响因素分析
Analysis of influence factors of nurses with occupational musculoskeletal disorders in southern Xinj iang

Abstract
Objective:To understand the epidemic situation of nurses’occupational musculoskeletal disorders (OMD)and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide references for further intervention measures in southern Xinjiang.Methods:Random cluster stratified sampling method was used in this study and 412 nurses were recruited as research object from 2 third grade general hospitals in southern Xinjiang.The Nordic Muscu-loskeletal Disorders standard questionnaire and nurses occupational musculoskeletal disorders affecting factors questionnaire were adopted to investigate all nurses.The prevalence and the influencing factors of nursing per-sonnel with OMD had analyzed.Results:The OMD prevalence rate of nurses in southern Xinjiang was 84.71%. the OMD prevalence rate of nurses with more than 2 affected parts was 78.64%.The sick leave rate of nurses was 9.74%.The incidence of OMD was statistically significant(P<0.05)different of nurses at different age and length of service.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,heads down working hours,squatting work-ing hours,times of moving patients,daily working hours,frequency of night shift,work satisfaction,work envi-ronment comfort degree and housework fatigue degree were related to the occurrence of the OMD.Conclusions:The OMD prevalence of south Xinjiang nurses is high.Age,head down working hours,tims of moving pa-tients,daily working hours,frequency of night shift and housework fatigue degree were the risk factors for OMD.Squatting working hours,work satisfaction,and work environment comfort degree were the protective factors of OMD.关键词
