老年人生活质量问卷中文修订版的信效度研究
Study on reliability and validity of Chinese revised version of old people quality of life questionnaire

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese revised version of old people quality of life questionnaire(C OPQOL).Methods:Some items of Chinese version of OPQOL were revised to form a re-vised version of Chinese version of OPQOL.A total of 960 elderly people in Shanghai city were selected investi-gated.Construct validity and internal consistency were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the ques-tionnaire.Results:Exploratory factor analysis indicated seven factors accounting for 6 1 .2 6% of the total vari-ance.The loadings of some items in the revised C OPQOL were more reasonable and explanatory compared with those in the C OPQOL.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.89 for the total scale and 0.73~0.90 for all dimensions.Which showed more satisfactory internal consistency.Conclusion:The revised C OPQOL had bet-ter reliability and validity as a useful and reliable instrument to measure the elderly quality of life in China.关键词
