Abstract
Objective:To probe into the mediating effect of psychological capital for depression tendency and oc-cupational stress among nursing staff.Methods:A total of 720 nursing (seniority≥1 year)from 6 third grade class A hospitals in Shanghai city from April to October in 2014 were selected by using the cluster random sam-pling method.The questionnaire survey was conducted by adopting general information questionnaire,psycho-logical capital questionnaire,pay return imbalance questionnaire and depression self rating scale.Results:The nursing staff's depression tendency in the shift(t=-3.806,P=0.000)and the chronic disease(t=-2.659,P=0.008)were obvious.There was a positive correlation between external pay and internal return and the depres-sive symptoms of nurses(r=0.307,0.146,P<0.05).Return and psychological capital were negatively correla-ted with depression tendency(r=-0.478,-0.406,P<0.05).The results of hierarchical regression and struc-tural equation modeling showed that psychological capital played a partial mediating effect between occupational stress and depressive symptoms among nurses.Conclusion:Reasonable arrangements for the scheduling system could reduce the depression level of nursing staff.To enhance return of nursing staff could reduce the external pay and internal return of nursing staff.To improve the level of psychological capital of nurses could reduce the occupational stress of nurses,so as to avoid the emergence of depression tendency of nursing staff.关键词
