摘要
Abstract
Inflammatory cytokine TNF-αcan induce the migration of MSCs,but the mechanism of migration remains un-clear.This study used PKCαinhibitor Calphostin C to inhibit PKCαactivity,in order to know whether the migration of MSCs induced by TNF-αwas accomplished by activating PKCα.MSCs were treated with 50,ng/mL of TNF-α.Wound heal assay and Transwell assay confirmed that TNF-αcould induce the migration of MSCs.PKCαinhibitor Calphostin C inhib-ited TNF-α-induced MSC migration or invasion and reduced the expression of migration marker genes MYL9,and CYR61.In conclusion,PKCαinhibitor Calphostin C can inhibit the migration of MSCs induced by TNF-α.关键词
