摘要

Abstract

The regeneration dynamics of coked ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst for me thanol to aromatics was studied through thermogravimetric analysis. The influences of regeneration temperature, oxygen partial pressure and regeneration gas flow rate were investigated experimentally. The regeneration dynamic parameters of the coked catalyst with a carbon content of 18.7%by mass were calculated and an apparent dynamic model was established. The results show that the optimum regeneration conditions are as follows:temperature of about 550℃, oxygen partial pressure of 14.89kPa and regeneration gas flow rate of 100mL/min. Validating the model using different experimental data proves that the dynamic model is reliable.
