甲苯甲醇流化床催化制对二甲苯工艺研究
Study on the fluidized bed catalytic process for producing p-xylene from toluene and methanol
摘要
Abstract
The fluidized bed catalytic process for producing p-xylene (PX) from toluene and methanol was studied. The effects of catalyst particle size, coke deposition, temperature, pressure, water/toluene feed mass ratio and toluene space velocity on the reaction were investigated. The results show that pressure has little influence on the conversion and selectivity, and within a proper catalyst size and coke content range, the optimum process conditions are determined as follows:temperature of 500-520℃, toluene feed mass ratio of 0.2, and toluene liquid hour space velocity of 2-4h-1. Under the optimized conditions, the per-pass conversion of toluene could reach more than 50%with a methanol conversion of more than 98%and a PX selectivity of more than 85%.关键词
