剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室经阴修补术23例临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal repair of previous cesarean scar diverticulum ( PCSD ) . Methods:The data of 23 patients of PCSD underwent transvaginal repair in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from Jan. 2014 to Aug. 2015 were retrospective analyzed. Results:All transvaginal repair of previous cesarean scar diverticulum surgery were successfully performed,there were no surgical complications. The mean operation time was(64±10)min,the mean blood loss was(45±16)ml,the mean length post-surgery hos-pital stay was (4. 7±1. 2)days. After the surgery,21 patients had an obvious shortened period, the duration of menstruation was shorter ( 7 . 9 ± 3 . 4 ) days compared with preoperation ( P<0. 01). The menstruation recovery rate was 91. 3% (21/23). The PCSD improvement rate was 95 . 7%( 22/23 ) . Conclusion:Transvaginal repair of previous cesarean scar diverticulum is minimally invasive,effective and feasible.关键词
