Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression and the meaning of high mobility group protein B1 ( HMGB1 )、matrix metalloproteinases-9 ( MMP-9 ) in the fetal membranes of PROM ( PROM group ) CAM patients. Methods:We chose a total of 30 full-term pregnant women with PROM( PROM group) and 30 cases without PROM( control group) underwent term cesarean delivery. Women after childbirth underwent pathological diagnosis of chorioamnionitis in fetal membranes. According to the pathological examination were then divided into combined CAM group and unincorporated CAM group. Used immunohistochemistry and real-time fluores-cent quantitative PCR methods to detect the protein and mRNA expression level of HMGB1、MMP-9 in the fetal membranes of PROM group and control group. Results:The CAM incidence of PROM was 56. 67%(17/30),higher than those of the control group[13. 33%(4/30)],the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . The protein and mRNA expression level of HMGB1、MMP-9 in the fetal membranes of PROM group and control group, combined CAM membranes were relatively higher than that of unincorporated CAM,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0. 05). The mRNA expression level of HMGB1、MMP-9 in the fetal mem-branes of PROM group were positively correlated ( r=0 . 439 , P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:The ex-pression of HMGB1、MMP-9 may be associated with PROM occurrence and development.关键词
