摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the situation of mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity in the patients with uro-genital tract infection. Methods The urogenital tract specimens were collected from 1 008 patients with urogenital tract infection in our hospital from January to December 2015 and performed mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test. Results Among 1 008 urogenital tract specimens, mycoplasma positive was detected in 408 cases with the positive rate of 40.5%,in which 387 cases were simple Urea urealyticum(Uu) positive with the positive rate of 38.4%,12 cases were simple mycoplasma hominis(Mh) pos-itive with the positicve rate of 1.2%and 9 cases were Uu and Mh positive with the positive rate of 0.9%. The positive rate in male patients was 27.6%(135/489),which was significantly lower than 52.6%(273/519) in female patients. Uu was most sensitive to clarithromycin, and followed by josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline, the sensitive rate was greater than or equal to 76.0%, and resistance rate to ciprofloxacin was 73.6%and which to ofloxacin reached 47.3%. Mh was most sensitive to minocycline and clarithromycin, which was 100.0%,followed by doxycycline and josamycin, the sensitive rate was 75.0%,and the resistance rate to roxithromycin was 75.0%,which to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and roxithromycin was also higher and reached 50.0%. The pa-tients with Uu and Mh double infection had highest sensitivity to doxycycline and josamycin ,which was 100.0%and the resistant rate to roxithromycin and miramycin was up to 66.7%. Conclusion Mycoplasma is one of pathogens causing urogenital tract inflammation,in which Uu is most common. The new generation macrolides antibiotic of clarithromycin is the first choice in its treatment.关键词
