摘要

Abstract

[Obstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of simethicone in colonscopy and treatment of Crohn's disease.Methods A total of 96 constipation patients with Crohn's disease were continuously selected, who were divided randomly into control group (single polyethylene glycol-electrolyte lavage solution,PEG-ELS)including 48 cases and observation group (PEG-ELS combined with simethicone)including 48 cases. All patients were treated with Mosapride.The effects of two intestinal cleaning methods were compare.Results Intestinal cleaning ratio in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05),presence degrees of bubbles in the colon were significantly lower than that in the control group and class A and B ken significantly increased in observation group.Degrees of abdominal distension in observation group were significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05),the proportion of no abdominal disten-sion cases increased and the proportion of moderate and severe distension cases decreased in observation group. The observation group showed significant increase in the number and length of the lesion,and the success rate of treated persons in observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Simethicone can significantly improve efficacy of colonoscopy examination and treatment for Crohn's and consti-pation patients.
